CSA: Wabi Sabi Farm

The 'Early Greens' Share will be filled with Sugar Snap Pea sprouts, spinach, baby lettuce, radishes, sorrel, micro greens, etc. This share is anticipated to be available the four weeks prior to the start of the 'Regular' Season Share. This share is first offered to 'Regular' Season members and any other openings will be offered on a first come first serve basis to fill any remaining openings

The 'Regular' Season Share will run for 20 weeks, as weather permits, (mid-May to end of September) and will consist of a seasonal harvest every week. In this share there will be the garden staple crops like lettuce, spinach, green beans, potatoes, garlic, tomatoes, peppers, etc and will also contain some of the more unique vegetables like kohlrabi, heirloom tomatoes, eggplants and more. Please refer to the produce calendar to see anticipated times of availability for different crops. The 'Regular' Season share will first be available to returning Wabi Sabi Farm members in January 2015 and open registration for new members will start Febuary 2014 to fill any remaining shares.

The 'October' Share will run for 4 weeks (weather permitting) in October. This share consists of cooler season and storage type crops like Brussels Sprouts, broccoli, cabbage, kohlrabi, leeks, shallots, garlic, greens, radishes, etc. Like the 'Early Greens' share, this share will first be available to 'Regular' Season members and then will be filled on a first come first serve basis to fill any remaining openings.
