Stauber Farm

Stauber Farm has a flock of registered St Croix sheep with 60 animals. Since purchasing our first St Croix sheep for our breeding flock in 2006 we have registered over 260 animals. We enjoy helping new breeders get started. The extra rams that are not used for breeding and sold as market rams to local chefs wanting local grass-fed lamb. Our farm is Animal Welfare Approved (AWA). We are fortunate to have a processor nearby who is AWA approved and USDA inspected. Stauber Farm is also AWA approved for a laying flock of chickens consisting the the heritage breeds of Delaware and Araucana. Eggs are sold to a local restaurant and interested individuals.
