We work exclusively with osprey seafood company, known for using only the highest quality and freshest seafood on the market...our non-seafood items are also from suppliers who are top in their fields. Our house bread is called acme levain and is made for us by acme bread company. Our beef is supplied by meyer family ranch and 100% hormone and antibiotic free. Our poultry rocky jr. Free range from petaluma. Our produce is all hand picked by joe rubino and family. Our ice cream is from the latest scoop in berkeley. Just about everything else is made in house, from our mayonnaise, salad dressings, and sauces for the fish, to our wcyc clam chowder, which is already justly famous." -walnut creek yacht club website
