"WAPF Joplin" (Weston A Price Foundation local chapter)

The Joplin area chapter of the THE WESTON A. PRICE FOUNDATION. A non-profit organization dedicated to teaching the principles of Dr. Weston A Price. Focus is on nutrient dense traditional food and sustainable farming. The chapter focuses on connecting local organic farms and foods to the community, preparing 'traditional" nutrient dense foods, and teaching others about the benefits of "real/traditional diets." There are over 400 WAPF chapters in the United States but this chapter is just starting.
