Happy Tracks Farm produces grassfed, chemical and hormone free lamb for local pick up or delivery to the Kansas City area. Typically sold more profitably for breeding stock to the limited number of other Icelandic breeders in the USA, this heritage breed is virtually unchanged for over two thousand years. We are dedicated to preserving the dual purpose heritage breed of Icelandic sheep by building a market for this buttery, mild and tender meat on a broader basis directly with discerning consumers.
