The farm produces grass fed free range cattle. They are supplemented with fresh spent bourbon mash (alcohol stripped). Animals receive 100% dietary nutritional needs from spent corn and grain mash. All corn is locally acquired. True farm to table. And to ensure nothing is wasted. As a byproduct of cattle feed production field to flask whisky and other spirits are derived.

Schedule and Location:
We are open for business 7 days a week from noon till 7. Whiskey and vodka made on the farm available daily. Farm fresh eggs available daily. Beef cattle available as finished. Must be ordered and contracted in advance. 6-8 animals per year are sold by half of beef. No single cuts at this time.
