Wellspring CSA provides 20 weeks of fresh, certified organic produce from June to October, and a Winter Share in November. An online newsletter accompanies each share which identifies the produce, gives shareholders a news update on what's been going on at the farm, and gives storage tips and delicious recipes. Shareholders can take part in gardening, composting, nutrition, cooking and food preservation classes offered throughout the year at Wellspring. The farm hosts a number of annual events each season as well.
