West Wind Acres

West Wind Acres is located in West Charlton, New York farmed by Joshua and Stefanie Rockwood. West Wind Acres raises heritage breed, sheep, goats, pigs, and cattle on pasture using management intensive rotational grazing. We strive to keep our animals in clean, fresh paddocks with lush plants to forage on. Our sheep and cattle are raised on 100% grass, chickens and pigs are supplemented with non-gmo grains, and never receiving antibiotics, hormones or other chemicals. Over the last 8 years West Wind Acres has grown into a very diverse and amazing farm. We are currently farming over 300 acres. We believe everyone has a right to know where their food comes from and how it is raised, our farm is completely transparent, and visitors are welcomed anytime. West Wind Acres creates meat that are superior, through fresh clean pastures, rotational grazing, non-gmo grains(for pigs and chickens), a low stress life, and responsible husbandry. Our Tasty Meats are nutritionally dense, lean, and have high percentage of protein. Our products include 100% Grass-fed beef and lamb, pastured pork, pastured poultry, and pastured eggs.
