Baseline Farm raises grass-fed beef cattle in an organic, regenerative manner. We are a cow/calf to finish operation, where calves are born every spring and grow until they are big enough for eating (around 30 months or longer). The cow herd is made up of heritage breeds; mostly Ancient White Park cattle, a rare English breed that's white with black points. The herd is moved every day to new paddocks and provided with free choice organic minerals. Hay is fed during winter.

Beef can be bought "by the cut."

Howell Sunday Farmers Market - Downtown Howell 9 am to 2 pm Sundays May through the end of October. We will not be attending every week because we are short on USDA processed beef. Ground Beef is usually available at People's Food Co-op, Ann Arbor.
