Our Angus steers are raised on grass which produces meat that is high in omega-3 fatty acids and vitamins E and beta-carotene. These nutrients are recommended for a healthy heart, cancer prevention and to enhance short-term memory. They are grain-finished briefly for tenderness. We are California Beef Quality Assurance Certified producers and maintain our herd accordingly. We believe strongly in the benefits of grass-fed meat and we never use hormones.
