CSA: Whiffletree Farm

What should I expect in a meat box? The Meat Boxes come in four sizes: small ($20 of meat/pick-up), medium ($40 of meat/pick-up), large ($60 of meat/pick-up), and extra-large ($80 of meat/pick-up). You will never get any "odds and ends" (e.g. organs, bones, fat, etc.). The medium, large, and extra-large meat boxes are family friendly; they will sometimes contain some 'fancier' cuts, but will always consist mostly of the staples.

Here's how it works: This CSA session is usually around 15 weeks long. Pick up is every:

Wednesday (noon - 8pm) OR Saturday (9am - 8pm)

at the Farm Store (Whiffletree Farm, 8717 Springs Rd., Warrenton, VA 20186).
