We are a whole animal craft butchery and deli operating in Kinston, NC. Our focus is on pasture-raised and grass-fed meats grown by local, independent family farmers, including our 10 generation family farm, Rainbow Meadow Farms. We have beef, pork, lamb, chicken, turkey, rabbit and domestic game as well as free-range eggs from hens on pasture and local milk. We produce charcuterie and deli meats in house. We also have a deli/restaurant with a rotating menu according to what is available from the farms and what is in season.
Our hours are: Tues-Sat. 10am-6pm. We plan to be open for dinner on Friday and Sat. nights in the near future.
