Our land is carpeted with alfalfa and a blend of white & red clover, brome, timothy, orchard, tall fescue, creeping red fescue, and annual & perennial rye grasses. This rich mix gives our animals an excellent spectrum of nutrients -- which makes your meat highly nutritious as well.
