FULL SUMMER SHARE:
Let the roar of summer bring the bountiful beauty of a central Wisconsin garden! This is the bulk of the growing season with a lot a variety, the box grows with the heat and light of summer. Summer Shares are delivered on Thursdays beginning in early June thru early October.
SPRING SHARE:
After a long Wisconsin winter, this is the true taste of Spring! This share is shaped by our greenhouse space and the uncertain weather of spring. It includes mainly leafy greens & microgreens, and when possible asparagus, rhubarb, ramps, shiitake & unique maple syrups from multiple sugar bushes. NEW this year, we'll be including frozen veggies (broccoli, caulflower, peppers, hashbrowns & more)! Spring Shares are limited and are delivered every Thursday (8weeks) through April & May.
Fall SHARE: The air is crisp, and winter is coming! Warm up the kitchen with some hardy root crops and the sweet smell of squash. One of our best deals pound for pound of crops that keep well. Fall Shares begin late-October and are delivered Thursdays, every-other-week, for 4 deliveries.
Egg CSA:
Our egg layers are fed organic feed and are as free range as possible, being allowed to graze our open pastures daily. These will be delivered with the summer shares at drop sites.
