Whole in the Wall restaurant has been around for 33 years. We were serving healthy local foods before they became "local foods". We did that because it makes sense, its healthy, and it tastes good. That's why we still do it. We also cater to special diets like gluten free, and we're the only restaurant for 100 miles in any direction that is nationally certified to serve gluten free.
We have a large menu, so we can't do every single thing local. We make a valiant effort. Our honey, maple syrup, eggs, burgers, flour and a bunch of other stuff is local, pastured, organic, etc.everything is lovingly crafted and flavorful. Our restaurant was smoke free 20 years before it became the law.
