Hutch Creek Farm is dedicated to producing excellent tasting pork, beef, and chicken that are also healthy to consume. Our beef is strictly pasture grasses and alfalfa fed. We intentionally finish beef on alfalfa, not grain, to produce a sweet, tender, healthy meat. We feed our heritage breed hogs a peanut based feed, alfalfa, and all they want of what they find in the pasture. This meat is like no other pork around. Our customers rave about the taste as well as how different our pork is in moist texture, fat consistency, and its overall extremely flavorful taste. Hutch Creek Farm poultry is also fed a peanut based feed, allowed to run through the grass, and access to sunshine. We never use gmo grains in our feed and only administer antibiotic medication when necessary to save the life of an animal.
