Whole/half shares are a great way to fill your freezer with pasture-raised pork and save money at the same time! Your pig can be processed however you would like. We recommend splitting a pig with a friend for maximum value!
Our pigs vary in size but are usually 200-250lbs hanging weight. You will receive around 65% of the hanging weight in familiar cuts such as pork chops, ham, bacon, sausage, roasts, hocks and more. This comes to around 130-165lbs of pork for a whole pig, depending on how you choose to have your pig processed. All cuts will be vacuum sealed and frozen by the butcher.
A one-time pickup will be in March 2022.
