CSA: Wild Persimmon Farm

Full shares are delivered in half-bushel baskets. We grow a wide variety of heritage lettuces and greens as well as beans. - over 15 varieties of them! Spring harvest includes garden peas, carrots, beets, lettuce mixes, kale, spinach, mixed greens, brocolli, cabbages , onions.

Summer harvest includes blue, red, and yellow potatoes, Cherokee purple tomatoes, peppers (hot and sweet), green beans, Lima beans, wax beans, pattypan squash, straight neck squash, leeks, onions, lettuce mises, greens mixes, eggplants, butternut squash, spaghetti squash, pumpkin, okra, field peas, and corn.

The fall harvest is a continuation of summer along with most of the spring harvest.

We want to be your family farm. We have kid friendly animals and a pond to fish in. Our goal is to provide most of your family's needs for produce, meat, and poultry.
