We raise Berkshire Hogs and other Heritage Breed Hogs on local hay and grains. Registered with American Berkshire Association. Pork is processed using local USDA and State Inspected processors. Outstanding flavor!! Berkshire is more red like beef... not the "other white meat". No growth hormones. No farrowing crates...raised outside where they can root and play in the clean mountain air.
