Each variety box contains a combination of individually portioned and frozen cuts in the category of premium steaks, value steaks, braising cuts, and ground beef. All are valued at $75 and may be ordered for UPS shipping any time or delivery to the Seattle/Puget Sound area on the 2nd and 4th Tuesdays of each month.
