Maple Hill Ayr Farm

Maple Hill Ayr Farm dates back to 1793. A pioneer farm that became a dairy with its own cheese factory specializing in Ayrshire cow milk, we have transitioned to our diverse pioneer farm roots with a variety of produce. We are certified Naturally Grown and are part of the Northeast Organic Farmers Association (NOFA NY) Farmers Pledge. It is our promise to raise our crops to benefit our customers with the finest NY grains, and to benefit the earth through sound farming practices. We raise, harvest, and mill a variety of small grains including; summer, and winter wheat, oats, spelt, and flint corn. Hives for honey, we tap our sugarbush for maple molasses, raise turkeys, and raise a few Hereford beef cattle.
