We are organic (non-certified) garlic growers in NW Illinois. We grow 20 varieties of garlic, 6 softneck and 14 hardneck and currently harvest around 1500 lbs per season. We sell at the Logan Square farmer's market in Chicago and by request.

Would love to see the list of the varieties of garlic available for 2014. I've been going to the Evanston Farmers market but will make the trip to Logan Square's Market just for the much wider variety of garlic provided by Willow Farms! Evanston's Market (Henry's and a couple other growers) offer German Red, Russian Red, NY White and maybe a couple more. ~peas
