Willow Glen Farm is an alpaca farm located in northern Illinois. We breed and raise huacaya alpacas. Alpacas are a cousin of the llama and are breed for their wonderful fleece. Alpaca products were at one time only worn by royalty. Today, anyone can enjoy this great fiber. Alpaca is warm, while being lightweight. Most people who are allergic to wool can wear alpaca with no problems. Processed properly, alpaca can be compared to cashmere. Willow Glen Farm is happy to have visitors. Call for a farm tour and learn more about these unique animals. We have product for sale such as yarn from our animals, socks, scarves, hats, etc. Call first to make sure we are available. Groups are welcome also. Willow Glen Farm 21000 Leroy Center Rd Capron, IL 61012 815 979-3072
