Honeydew Fields is a mama & mini-owned boutique, micro flower farm located at two locations - St. Cloud and Sauk Centre, Minnesota. We take a lot of pride in growing local, fresh, sustainable, homegrown, and handpicked specialty cut flowers for seasonal bouquet subscriptions/CSAs, custom arrangements, and florists & floral designers.

Altogether with both farm locations, we farm on about 3,100 square feet which equates to almost 1/5 of an acre. We strive to grow all of our flowers following regenerative agriculture practices, which is defined as farming in synchrony with nature to repair, rebuild, revitalize, and restore ecosystem function starting with all life in the soil and moving to all life above the soil. Honeydew Fields has implemented no-till, no use of herbicides or pesticides, expanded plant diversity, and a focus on soil structure and health. We love growing flowers that help us constantly improve the land while also attracting and feeding our pollinators.
