Our farm is located on smith lane off of rt.163 about 7 miles south of Canajoharie, NY.
We started raising beef in New Hampshire about 30 years ago before coming to NY.
Our meat is USDA inspected and processed in a USDA plant. The meat is then dry aged and vaccum - sealed for longevity. All our meat is sold by the pound and cut for farmers market. Ex., ground, stew, steaks, london broils. We also sell garlic, onions and other veggies. We can be seen at the Canajoharie Farmers Market
