Lil Ponderosa Beef

Established in 1986 as a 100% natural, grass based cattle ranch.  Lil Ponderosa has been offering grass fed and finished black Angus beef  processed in a USDA-FSIS inspected facility --- for 40 years. Only young steers and heifers are used for our cuts and burger.  You can purchase any cut - in any quantity.  Back up the farm store-front and we will fill your trunk with the real Mc COW!

We also sell pork, whole chickens, Wild for Salmon portions, raw honey, maple syrup, NY Cheddar style raw cheese.  Our 100% BEEF HOT DOGS are famous.  They are: sugar free, grain free, dairy free, egg free and GMO free... we use only natural sea salt and certified organic seasonings --- Just like my granddad made back in 1940.

Folks enjoy taking their children on walking tours --- seeing the cattle roam free, grazing on grass in a picturesque  setting.  They might see deer, turkeys, Koi in the pond. Come in and sit a while - use the facilities and enjoy listening to Uncle Bob tell stories of how this regenerative farm operates. We raise REAL FOOD for REAL PEOPLE!
