Wilmot Milling Co.

We are a 160 year-old water powered gristmill featuring fresh stone-ground organic flours and meals. We offer whole wheat bread flour, cracked wheat, whole wheat pastry flour, dark rye flour and meal, cracked rye, undegerminated cornmeal and cracked corn. Seasonally, we try to offer Hopi Blue Corn cornmeal and Indian Corn cornmeal, both of which are grown by us using organic methods. We also produce and package our own baking mixes, including pancake mixes, all-purpose mix, bread machine mixes, hot pretzel mix, cookie mixes and more. We especially enjoy giving tours of the mill. In our group tours we include a pretzel making session using the flour we just ground. We offer in-store and mail order and also participate in several shows during the year.
