Since 2010, the farm has raised heritage-derived animals and produced eggs using daily rotational grazing — moving mobile coops to fresh pasture every day. This regenerative approach to farming enriches the land as it nourishes the flock, upholding high standards of animal welfare at every stage. Animals are processed under ethical kosher standards in small batches. The result is richly flavored meat and deep golden-yolked eggs that reflect a life spent on living grass, in fresh air and sunlight.
