100% Pastured Beef and Pastured Pork Beyond and Extreme Organic...Our most valuable asset is our soil. Re-mineralizing and maintaining its health with our deep rooted perennial pasture mix scavenging the clay, rocks and gravel below they bring up many of them. Then our thriving topsoil community transforms them into usable and sustainable forms. With as many minerals and elements in the soil as possible, our plants get them and then in turn our livestock. Then we get them from both! We are self sufficient in our year round forage based rotational grazing systems with our Belted Galloway and Angus cattle that are bred, born and raised on our 113 acre farm. We have all but eliminated our off farm inputs: no GMO, herbicides, artificial fertilizers, anti-biotics or hormones. Our website is indeed finally under construction at this time (windsweptgf.com). Pastured pork is limited at this time as we are just starting this endeavor with so called Heritage "Lard pigs" (lots of fat all around). All meat is custom cut to your specifications and processed by the Butcherblock and Smokehouse (USDA) in Versailles, Ohio. As you pick up your order at our farm, we provide each new customer a copy of "The Grass-fed Gourmet Cookbook" in order that you may know the best way to prepare your meats and enjoy the explosion of flavors like your mouth has never known.
