Windy N Custom Butcher

Windy N Custom Butcher is a full service butcher shop offering custom USDA, WSDA and game processing for ranchers and hunters in Washington state. Our fully stocked butcher shop is well-equipped to provide customers with an excellent selection of roasts, cuts, brined and smoked items, sausages and other value-added products. We use only 5 MM plastic Cryovac packaging (the thickest available) for longevity and durability in the freezer, and pride ourselves on friendly customer service and communication.

We've been raising our own livestock on our ranch in Ellensburg, WA and selling our products direct-to-consumer since 2005, so we understand the need for quality cuts, durable wrapping and attractive presentation.
