Offering blueberries and honey - seasonal.
In my continuing efforts to peacefully coexist with mother nature, I am working on constructing a larger rainwater harvesting system for irrigation, and building raised beds with screened floors and walls to frustrate the gophers.
I have honey! The bees in my two hives have been so busy - and the monarda has bloomed so profusely - that I have been able to harvest about two gallons of honey. It has been strained through cheesecloth one time.
