Our Black Angus steers rotationally graze on an array of nourishing grasses and legumes and have access to essential vitamins and minerals to ensure their optimal health. This natural diet contributes not only to their well-being; but also enhances the flavor and quality of the beef they produce.
Our cattle are Pasture Raised on 30 acres. We use Regenerative Agriculture practices and work to follow organic farming methods as close as we can (we are in the process of transitioning to Certified Organic).
There are no hormones, steroids, or growth promoters used in the raising of our cattle. Also, no antibiotics are administered to our cattle, while upholding a steadfast commitment to their health and vitality.
