John was also a butcher for 12 years, and so we can provide butchery classes (in your home) and a lot of guidance on how to buy and use beef. Additionally we raise goats and sell wild mushrooms picked in our forests.
The Whippoorwill Creek runs through the farm and we adopted the name as an acknowledgement that we are simply caretakers of the land and are not the only, or most important, living beings here.
