Wissota Garlic Farm

Our farm is in the Chippewa Valley of Northern Wisconsin, exclusively growing Garlic "Hardneck varieties" for seed and eating. This garlic farm is my passion, and is taken care of from planting to harvest and beyond with a great amount of care and attention. This garlic has been raised using only organic methods and sustainable farming practices. Garlic Farming is done with a lot of manual labor. The garlic is planted by hand, harvested with pitch fork. This year we planted over 50,000 plants, all by hand. We Feel this method produces the largest and most flavorful Garlic. For Seed and Eating. We are taking Pre harvest orders for Garlic Scapes now and will begin taking orders for Seed and Culinary Garlic in April. Garlic bulb quantities will be limited at first then updated at harvest, about mid July. Visit our site to order. Garlic Scapes are available in mid through the end of June and will ship immediately at harvest. Garlic will be available for shipment about September 1st.
