Hickory Nut Gap Farm poultry, Stone N Thistle Lamb from East Meredith, New York, Pork from Porky Pine Hill Farm in Bovina, New York, Belted Galloway Beef, the best ever, without the fat, from Jack and June Burns farm in Bovina Center, New York. I have searched for the best and lucky to have found them locally and not so locally. But always fresh and always organic.

All baked goods have unprocessed flour and sugar. In-season, locally grown fresh fruit pies never have sugar added. It's all incredibly delicious. Vegetables come from Asheville's organic-only greenmarkets.
