The Market is an idea that involves constant interaction with the surrounding community. It is our goal to stock the shelves with products produced as close to home as possible. This means we source all of our products from within a 200 mile radius of the store. We want to work with local farmers and food producers and craftsman to put together a store that comes from the community and returns to the community. The owners' believe that most of our food travels too great a distance before it reaches our tables. They believe strongly that the less time that exists between the harvest and consumption, the better the taste and nutrition. This market's entire purpose is to address that gap between producer and consumer.
