Wooly Egg Garlic Farm is named after the three products we raise, shear or harvest - wool, eggs and garlic. Kate and Shawna currently grow 11 different varieties of garlic, but hope to expand their offerings in subsequent years. Our farm utilizes organic growing methods and are working towards organic certification. Our hardneck, gourmet garlic have a fuller, richer taste and can be stored for 4-9 months, but often much longer. The hens at our farm are not treated with antibiotics, are free range and provided non-GMO feed. In the near future, we hope to raise Navajo Churro sheep, a heritage breed characterized as threatened by the American Livestock Conservancy.
