I have been raising sheep and goats since 1980. Currently i raise mostly Shetland sheep and Angora goats for handspinning fiber. I try to raise as much of my own food as possible, and whatever i don't use myself goes to the sheep and goats.
Quality of product is important to me, as most food products (meat and veggies) are raised at the least, natural, and i try to raise the veggies organic. I have in the past done farmers markets, but am currently just selling off the farm. I do raise natural meat for sale, as well as quality natural colored wool sheep. I do retail and custom orders of wool products such as hats, scarves, sweaters, mittens, yarn-both natural colored and dyed, etc.

Schedule and Location:
The Schedule for the farm is by appointment only. Phone is (530) 440.9192. I am home most days and should be able to accommodate your schedule. Hour that are best to visit are noon to 5pm. Directions to the farm will be given at time appointment is made.
My business is mostly retail right off the farm. Wholesale purchases of livestock and knitted goods can be arranged.

My farm is mostly sheep, with a few angora goats, and llamas. and I sell meat either wholesale to reataurants or off the farm to individuals. Lambs and goat kids for breeding stock are available spring through fall at the farm. I do also sell products I make with the fiber from my animals. I do knitted and felted hats, felted slippers, felted purses, stuffed critters,scarves, sweaters, vests, afghans, pot holders, coasters (to put under your drinks to protect your furniture) and most anything else that can be knitted. I do custom orders on knitted items and custom spinning, your fiber or mine. I can do cat and dog hair for those of you who have long haired pets. I also sell yarn for your knitting pleasure; both natural colors and dyed. Prices will vary on what type of fiber and what weight of yarn. Lace weight is my specialty.

Quality handdpun yarns, both natural colors and hand dyed, are my main product. I specialize in lace wt, with most of my lace at 220 yards per ounce. I do also sell breeding stock, Shetland sheep, cheviot sheep and angora goats. And do custom spinning, your fiber or mine.
