The Apothecarys Jar Natural Resources

The Apothecary's Jar Natural Resources is a small organic grocery store dedicated to providing everything organic and more important'y, toxin-free. Local foods are provided when available to us. While we function as a retail store, we also invite "volunteers" for specific jobs that are available, in exchange for a discount on all items with no minimum requirements. Everything we carry is first tested with a computer based bio-energy scan, before we will allow it as part of our inventory. We scan for toxins including things such as GMO's, monosodiumglutamate, isopropyl alcohol, and a list of other toxins. If a product does not meet our requirements, we do not allow it in the store. We are dedicated to providing the cleanest, purest food available. We carry produce, (local when available and provided), eggs (local as well as national), dry goods, meats (local grass fed beef, local lamb and pork, as well as national beef, chicken, pork, etc.). We also stock personal grooming products. cleaning supplies, and pet supplies which are non toxic. Also available are supplements, and a small variety of supplies for making one's own herbal products. Books, candels, essential oils, flower essences, stones and more are part of our store. (Our jewelry selection is locally made, as well as our flower essences.) Books written by the owner are also available, entitled "From Hell To Well: My Journey Back From Multiple Sclerosis", and "Don't Go Deeper! How To Negotiate With Creditors To Get Out Of Debt Sooner". Since opening in December of 2005 we have been dedicated to organic and toxin-free products. Across the Coshocton Ave from Krogers, we are located at 190 Eastwood Drive, in Mount Vernon. Business Hours are: Monday thru Thursday, 10 am to 6 pm, Friday 10 am to 7 pm, and Saturday 9 am to 5 pm.
