We are a solar powered biodynamic farm located in central Tennessee, and are home to the hottest chile peppers in the world! We irrigate with our own free flowing spring water that originates from aquifers deep beneath the farm. Rich with minerals and nutrients that plants need to stay vibrant and healthy.
We grow over 30 different varieties on the farm, including the current Guinness World Record holder, the Carolina Reaper. As well as the rising star, the Chocolate Bhutlah, said to be one of the hottest pods ever! We have pepper pods available fresh or dried, depending on the season.
