We are a family-owned and operated cattle/sheep operation with a small meat processing facility on-site. At the moment, we have grass-fed/grass-finished lamb available by the 1/2 and whole. You essentially buy the lamb (1/2 or whole) and we process it for you; it will be ready to pick up in December, we can ship it to you if you live in California. Shipping costs are extra.

We sell 1/2 and whole lamb and beef direct to consumers, so you buy the animal, and we process the animal for you on-site; humanely harvest ed; our animals have a wonderful life; everything was raised here in Butte Co, on our ranch outside of Palermo; we have our own cut and wrap facility, so you can watch the process if you wish, or just come by and pick up your boxed meat ready for your freezer. https://wyandottecreekranch.com/
