As a member of Y Knot Farm CSA, you will receive a weekly share of produce for 23 weeks, beginning the week of May 9th, 2016 through October 10th, 2016. The shares will vary by size and weight depending on the time of the season.

One aspect of CSA is that members support their farmer by sharing in the inherent risks of agriculture like poor weather, drought, disease, early frost, crop failure and receiving the rewards of a bounty from a good season. Y Knot Farm plans for such contingencies by using growing techniques that protect the harvest and hopefully minimizing the risk to members.Y Knot Farm grows a variety of vegetables in plentiful amounts will act in good faith to provide fresh chemical free produce for the duration of the season, there is no guarantee of quantities or contents of weekly shares.

As a Y Knot Farm CSA member, you agree to pick up your share at the farm or a chosen pick-up site during the pick-up window. If away or otherwise unable to pick up the share please make arrangements for someone else to pick it up or to forgo that weeks bounty.

As a Y Knot Farm CSA member you agree to be an active participant and to contact Lisa Firsick with any questions or concerns. As a CSA member please act in an appropriate manner when communicating with Y Knot Faarm and other members of the CSA community.
