They won the National Environmental Stewardship Award in 2008. Their beef is dry aged 14 days to ensure that it is tender and delicious. Grass-fed beef has more beta-carotene, vitamin E and omega-3 fatty acids than beef produced using conventional cattle-feeding strategies. Their grass-fed and grass-finished beef is sold directly to the public at Davis Farmers Market. Bulk orders of quarter side, half side, or whole cow are sold via their website and can be picked up at their ranch.
