Zanzenberg Farm

Zanzenberg Farm is a family owned-operated, pasture-based, beyond organic, local-market farm and education outreach located in the Texas Hill Country near the Guadalupe River in Kerr County. We produce non-gmo, corn & soy free pastured pork and poultry while utilizing holistic management intensive pasture rotation, grazing and planning. We are proud to say we raise and breed Heritage pigs, including Gloucestershire Old Spots, Red Wattle and Hereford pigs. Heritage breeds are traditional livestock breeds - the ones raised in a bygone time by our forefathers before the industrial age. While heritage breeds once roamed America's pasturelands, they are now rare and in danger of extinction. Heritage breeds along with intense rotational grazing produce a healthier and much more flavorful, perfectly marbled pork which is unaffected by the hormone and antibiotic influence of industrialized breeding. Our product is sold at our on-farm store, our local farmers market and through direct email order/shipping in Texas only.
