Zoom Out Mycology

We value vertical integration as a strategy towards increasing sustainability. We are growing 10 species on our 3 acre farm in Central Point, OR. However, despite being a mushroom farm- our top selling product is not mushrooms. We produce and sell a product known as sawdust spawn. Spawn is a tool for growing mushrooms. We are a team of 3-6 depending on the time of year. Farming is a very seasonal business as such we have some weather specific products.

One of those 10 species is the reishi mushroom. We dehydrate the Reishi mushrooms in our certified kitchen and use the mushrooms in our herbal/medicinal tea line called Zoom Out Mushroom Tea. We frequent events around the USA to sample and sell our teas.

We also distribute produce through the Table Rock CSA. The CSA is a cooperative of farmers who grow a range of fruits, herbs, and mushrooms. If you would like to become a contributing farm or want to sign up for a CSA basket, contact us!
