We are local artisan cheese-makers offering fresh and aged cheeses. We are on farm site and use fresh goat's milk for our May through September offerings of fresh chevre and aged goat's milk cheeses. Our cow's milk cheeses are made from local Georgia milk provided by Johnston Family Farms. We produce Camembert, Feta and fresh Mozzarella year round.
