Please see our store to order single full-share sized Fresh Cut Herb Assortments without a CSA subscription. We also sell fresh cut herbs by the bunch - cut when ordered! 2010 schedule: We will list available produce, and you may customize your half-peck size (would fill a gallon milk jug) of approximately 1lb (full share) or quarter peck size of about 1/2 lb (half share) basket of naturally grown, pesticide-free FRESH-CUT herbs. Every other week share for the 10 weeks of Spring, Summer or Fall, or a once-a month for all 8 months full or half share. For size reference, the grocery store fresh herbs are generally packaged as 1/3 to 2/3 of an ounce size portion. Our full share portion contains about 16 full ounces of FRESH CUT, Naturally Grown Herbs! All of our herbs are easy to process and store! They can be dried and stored in containers in your pantry or chopped and frozen in a little water in ice cube trays, placed in ziploc bags and stored in your freezer to be used as needed! Also, for the 2009 season, we are planning workshops at the farm on using herbs in your recipes and on how to process your bounty for later use. 2009 subscriptions will be available soon! Choose Tea Herbs, Culinary Herbs or a Mixed Selection membership. Pick up on Mondays. Free local delivery to locations with 3 or more weekly shares to same address.
