This much-loved Saturday market, bridges the burgeoning Williamsburg hipster and long-time Greenpoint Polish communities, who come to shop, mingle with neighbors, and enjoy the park setting along with picnickers, dog-walkers and joggers. Open since 1997, this market has adapted to the changing face of the neighborhood while still staying true to its longtime customers. Even rain won't keep the loyal shoppers from coming out to support their favorite farmers. People line up 10 deep at Ronnybrook Dairy to pick-up fresh milk and yogurt. Arcadian Pasture's bounty of grass-fed beef, pork, chicken and rabbit is cut and packaged especially for the customer.
