We are a small family run business on the outskirts of Madison, Wisconsin. The source of our honey is wildflowers and blooms from our hobby fruit farm and neighboring crops. The unsupassed flavor and quality in Bee Barf is due to the hand labor that goes into every jar. Our 100% pure honey is never blended or overheated and contains no presevatives or fillers. We started our business as a means of pollinating our fruit trees and unusually large perennial gardens. Well after our second year and an excess of 300 pounds of honey, a couple of merchant friends, with a hardware store and coffeehouse, agreed to sell Bee Barf in their store front. I have also added an educational component, providing to service organizations and schools in the area. (more...)
