Honest Farm, located near the historic village of Midway in the heart of bluegrass horse country, is a 501c3 nonprofit sustainable organization and demonstration farm. The mission of Honest Farm is to raise community awareness of holistic farming practices and local food by creating a children's garden and local food store offering fresh Kentucky produce to residents and visitors to the Midway area. At this time Honest Farm is in the specialty baking and jam and misc.--making business. Our products are made using local ingredients whenever possible, including locally milled flour (Weisenberger's Mill), country eggs, fruit and vegetables. Proceeds help sustain the farm and fund educational programs for children and the public. Thanks for your interest and support and check out our website for great recipes and info.
